1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Truffle Nation 6-Week Live Online Pastry Chef Certification Program ("the Program") or by using this website, you ("the Student", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enrol or use the website.
2. About the Program
Truffle Nation Pastry Academy ("we", "us", "our") offers a 6-week, fully online pastry chef certification program consisting of 30 live interactive Zoom sessions, downloadable workbooks, recorded session access, business-launch bonus material, and 6 months of community access. The current program fee is INR 35,000 (Thirty-Five Thousand Indian Rupees), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
3. Eligibility
The Program is open to residents of India aged 18 years and above, or to minors with verified parental/guardian consent. By enrolling you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
4. Enrolment & Payment
- Enrolment is confirmed only after the program fee is received in full or as per any agreed instalment plan.
- Seats are limited per batch and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We reserve the right to refuse enrolment to any applicant at our sole discretion.
- All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Student.
5. Live Sessions & Attendance
Live sessions are conducted on Zoom (or an equivalent platform we may select). Students are expected to attend live where possible. Recordings of sessions are made available within the cohort access window. Recordings are for personal review only and may not be downloaded, redistributed, shared, or made public in any form.
6. Intellectual Property
All program content — including recipes, videos, written materials, demonstrations, workbooks, branding, and the Truffle Nation name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of Truffle Nation Pastry Academy. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use this content for your own learning and for products you create and sell from your own bakery business.
You may not: (a) re-sell, re-package, or re-distribute program materials; (b) screen-record, screenshot, or share live sessions with non-enrolled persons; (c) use Truffle Nation's name, logo, or certification to claim a partnership or affiliation beyond your status as a graduate.
7. Certification
Students who complete the program and pass the Week 6 final assessment receive the Truffle Nation Online Pastry Chef Certificate. This certification is issued in-house by Truffle Nation and is recognised within the Indian baking industry; it is not a government-issued or university-issued degree.
8. Student Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully with chef instructors, fellow students, and community moderators. We reserve the right to remove any Student from live sessions, recordings access, or the community for behaviour that is harassing, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, or that violates these Terms. Removal for conduct reasons does not entitle you to a refund.
9. Refunds & Cancellation
Our refund policy is set out separately in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Program is an educational program. While we share business-launch frameworks and student success stories, we do not guarantee any specific income, business outcome, or career placement. Your results depend on your effort, skill, market, and many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truffle Nation's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Program shall not exceed the program fee paid by you. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
